One of the fitness industry’s biggest challenges, member retention, can be improved with another one of the industry’s biggest challenges, customer service.
The trick is to make customer service a priority, and to offer it in different ways — ways that will reach every member of your facility.
To give you an idea of what other fitness centers do to keep their members from leaving, I interviewed a couple of your peers. While their ideas aren’t revolutionary, they all come down to one thing: pleasing the member.
