Increasing your numbers in group exercise
programs depends upon a lot more than
just keeping up with the trends.
Asgroup exercise in our industry evolves and changes, and new types of programs seem to debut every few months, it may be difficult, expensive and time-consuming for you to keep up with the trends. But, don’t worry, keeping up with the trends may not be the most important way to improve or rejuvenate your group exercise program.
When evaluating your current program, consider five main areas: your instructors, the types/variety of your classes, your group exercise schedule (what is offered when), music and your marketing strategy. Improvements to one or all of these could mean a larger, more vibrant group exercise program for your facility.
